A recommendation should help you make a better decision, even if you never buy through us.

What we examine

We start with the use case and the quality of evidence for the outcome. Then we look at safety information, exact specifications, local availability, total delivered cost, warranty, returns, support and whether the seller clearly identifies itself. For supplements, we consider ingredient amounts, label clarity and accessible quality testing. For devices, a published specification must be relevant to the claim being made.

We will distinguish products we have tested ourselves from those assessed through documentation and external evidence. We will not call something “best” merely because it pays a commission. A product can be a poor fit for one person even if it is well made.

Current status

As of 26 September 2026, we have published a small editorial research shelf with ordinary, non-commission links, but no ranked product list or affiliate links. We review time sensitive product information and correct material errors. We date meaningful updates. Health articles link to the sources behind their central claims and distinguish early research from established uses.
