The important questions are measurable: does the device create a reproducible physical change in water; can independent laboratories detect it; does that change persist; and do controlled human studies show meaningful health outcomes beyond placebo, hydration and other confounders?
What would change our view?
Independent replication by laboratories with no commercial relationship, preregistered controlled human trials, transparent methods and data, and a mechanism consistent with reproducible physical measurements would materially strengthen the case.
