What you give us
When you submit our newsletter, contact or first-collection interest forms, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, chosen interests, size preference or message. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information through these forms. We use submissions to respond to you or provide the update you requested. Newsletter consent and first-drop interest are separate choices.
Service providers
Our site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and technical requests for us. If you follow a link to a supplier, video platform, social network or merchandise store, that service handles its own site, checkout and privacy practices. We do not receive card details from those external checkouts. An embedded video may load technology from its provider after you choose to play it.
Analytics and device storage
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” in our on-site privacy control. If you choose “No thanks”, we do not load its tag. You can change your choice using the “Privacy choices” button. Analytics helps us understand page visits and engagement; we have disabled enhanced measurement and Google advertising signals in this setup. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or form contents to Analytics. Google explains its processing at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. The optional soundtrack stores your track choice in your browser. Brain games may store a best score on your device. You can clear this local storage using your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep form information only while needed to answer your request, manage a requested subscription or understand first-collection interest, then delete it under our operating process. Ask us to remove your submitted details at any time. We will also honour unsubscribe requests for marketing email. Hosting providers may retain technical records under their own policies.
Your choices and questions
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information you supplied, or withdraw newsletter consent, by emailing info@youtopialife.com. Please include enough context for us to identify the submission without sending sensitive details. We may need to verify a request before acting. We will update this notice when our tools or practices change.
